The RESTQ CUEST Application for mobile devices is a tool that uses a scale that measures the symptoms of stress and recovery of athletes in the last days prior to its completion. It is based on the RESTQ scale (Kallus & Kellman, 2000).
This Application does NOT collect identity data, but does collect personal data such as gender, age, sport, test, sport level, and frequency and duration of training. These data allow us to analyze the relationship of these variables with stress and sports recovery, allowing to identify how they are related to overtraining and thus contribute to its prevention.
